Knitsley Grange

Dance composed by Dave Turner. Danced by members of Durham English Folk Dance Group in a local hayshed. We decided to call it Knitsley Grange as a nod to the venue. It uses a tune attributed to Turlough o' Carolan called Princess Royal. This tune is more usually associated with morris dancing which Dave has referenced by the inclusion of a morris hey.
