One handed cast on makes so much sense but I have done the two handed so long, it is what I am most confortabme with.

i didnt have a chart downloaded. as a beginner I was behind. Did I read correctly that you cast on 42 and then knit 2 rows ? then what is next?

The chart and the written instructions are all on the blog. But yes, you will cast on 42, then follow the instructions (I don't have them in front of me).
