Thank you for all your videos. You are my go-to for trying to figure out a 'new to me' Stitch, cast on, bind off, whatever I happen to need. You are the best at explaining simply and your overhead slow motion videos kick it!

I love your videos, thank you! And, I love your cute dogs in the background. Best of all, a great tutorial on cables. Excellent!

Your tutorials--especially the slo-mo ones--are incredibly helpful and easy-to-follow. I've learned so much, and my comfort level with a new technique is always higher when I take the time to see if you've done a tutorial. Much gratitude to you from coastal Maine!

TBH cables have always seemed to be a bit much & out of my reach. Thank you for showing me that I had nothing to fear. God bless & have a great day!

Oh my goodness this couldn’t have come at a better time! I’m making a sweater that has a cable in the middle and I wanted to practice first 😅

Staci, I've followed your videos since I first started knitting 9 years ago and your technique videos are so helpful. I know you've done a giveaway video on them, but would you consider doing a comparison of the Chiagoo twist and KP Mindful interchangeable sets? I can't decide which to buy.

I just finished knitting a 90" cable on a custom karate belt for my daughter's karate teacher 🤣 Hey, at some point...would you consider showing how to do a top down v-neck raglan? 😊

Not sure if it still exists, but Knit Picks has a 5 part step-by-step to create any sweater, custom fit, to any body, using any yarn, using any needles, with any neckline and any finish. They hold your hand through any and all the maths. I use it now to fit every sweater pattern I fall into. I’ve used it for short sleeved, fine summer sweaters for myself, fisherman’s rub sweater for my husband. He’s always wanted one. Made a very quick chenille pink sweater for my mother-in-law. If I can find the link, I’ll post it to you.

I snapped an acrylic knitter's pride size 8 needle.☹️ I think I was doing a shawl with m1 increases. I'm afraid to do more than a 2x2 cable because I don't want to lose any more needles. I may be a tight knitter. I now use more pointed metal needles when I think I might be in danger of snapping another needle. I love the comfort of wood needles, but reserve them for plain knitting. Have you ever broken a needle while knitting? I've tried using metal needles for cables and they are to slippery. Any suggestions?

Hi! By any chance do you know when "Essentials" will be ready for Android system for Knitcompanion? I watched you giving instructions for the first section of the app. It was where you said the techs were working on finishing the "Essentials" section. Thank you!

Is the cable needle the same size as the knitting needles?
@verypinkknits2 жыл бұрын
Yes, I usually like my cable needle to be a bit smaller than the needle I'm knitting with.
@moominkraft64272 жыл бұрын
@@verypinkknits thanks very much. Btw, I really like the short needles you use in your videos. They don't get in the way 😁
