Hello I found u on the recommendation list on KZbin. I love watching new podcast that pops up. I been enjoying it. Not sure if u know but u can use a life line as well to hold ur socks to. A life line is when u cut some yarn that u don't use, and put it through the loops on ur dpns. Because dpns can some times fall out of the sts. I learned alot about dpns. Have a good day. If u ever decided to do Toe Up Socks, and u are not in love with doing kitchner sts, try the Turkish Cast on. Recommended some Podcast to u what I watch k. Podcast - Cozy Cottage Crochet, The Quirky Monday Crafts, The Noble Charter Crafts. I have a lot I watch but here is a few of them.

I also made a cumulus blouse out of knit picks alpaca! I loved it but it was sadly lost to the laundry machine (and is now felted to tiny baby size). I was originally considering the color you used but went with purple instead!

Where was the sheep shearing festival? I never heard of it. We lived in Mountain View in the 90s then moved up to Livermore in 2001 until 2021 when we moved to the Big Island. I grew up in Montana and raised registered Suffolk sheep for 4-H for 8 years.

Ahh amazing! The festival was held in the Los Altos hills! A place called "Hidden Villa"
