Carnivore diet and high fat has been shown to help avoid endometriosis. It also stopped my sister's sciatica. Zero Carb Life channel had a woman recently who said she corrected her fertility issues eating Carnivore.

Nutrition is already a very individual topic and especially for people with chronic health issues, I would not flat out recommend one lifestyle to someone. I follow some people who keep on top of new research on endometriosis and who talk about what they observe in their clients (because non-medical approaches are not studied as thoroughly, this is often what we are left with) and none of them have mentioned carnivore diet to avoid endometriosis. On the contrary, what they observe is that a diet that follows the basic metabolic principles (eating balanced amount of all macronutrients aka protein, carbohydrates and fat), combined with personalized nutrition advice and supplements yields the best results. The only reason why a switch to a carnivore diet would (temporarily) relieve symptoms, I think, is because women tend to under eat in general and eat too little protein specifically. The switch would suddenly provide them with adequate amounts, but long term your body WILL miss the other nutrients (macro àdn micro) from plants.

Another fun podcast except for the illnesses and frustrations. 😅 can you get another doctor’s opinion? Maybe your sister’s doctor? It’s good you only had a cyst to deal with. The human body is complicated. 😂
