This turned out soooo cute!! Also I adore your alpaca overseeing the work in place of his sheep cousins.

I love it!!! I am a crocheter and a knitter, but knitting is harder for me. I love to learn and now I’m adding this video to my to do list! I was really scared of knitting with multiple colors, but this duplicate stitching looks a lot easier! The final product looks super cute! 🐑🐑🐑

Yess I love that there are many others doing both knitting and crocheting it's definitely not one or the other. Duplicate stitch is such an easy way to do stuff that looks very complicated, it just takes some patience haha. Can't wait to see your result! 😘
@anag2063 жыл бұрын
OMG, love the result. You're so talented. Now i am working on another projects, but i think that next winter i'm gonna go with the sheep sweater vest 💃I also love our King Harry Styles.

Thank you! Yes Harry is absolutely amazing, I can't wait to see your take on the sheep vest :)

Wow great job!!! I've been knitting a few years and I still haven't attempted much color work yet, I like slip stitch style, it's easier than double stranded for me. And I don't have the patience for the sewing needle style duplicate stitch you did here. But damn the results are great! I really admire your dedication. If you want to practice slip stitch color work, one of the easiest (in my opinion) is the 2 color linen stitch. That is, if you haven't done it yet! 💚
@lisasknitclub3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Yes you have to be very patient for these kind of projects haha. I have never tried slip stitch color work but I’m definitely going to look it up and try it :)

This is too cute! I recently learned how to knit and I was thinking about making myself a basic blue vest with white stripes (for those dark academia vibes) but this looks like a better idea. :D
@lisasknitclub3 жыл бұрын
So nice! The white stripes sound great as well but you’re right, this sheep vest was really fun to make!

Thank you! 💖 Yes unfortunately I haven't had the time yet to make a crochet tutorial, maybe I will in the future. But I think @yoohooitsisabel on instagram tried to make a crochet cardigan with the same sheep pattern so I think it would work!

I think, your version of Harry's Styles's vest looks better than Harry's Style's version) I have no clue why. Maybe because I like handmade more, than machine's work) (Sorry about mistakes, if I have them, I'm not native speaker)
@lisasknitclub3 жыл бұрын
Thank you ❤️ yes I personally always love a handmade look more than machine work! But of course Harry’s one is pretty iconic :)

It's pretty much explained in the video :) I first knitted the sweater vest using the pattern linked in the description and after that I used duplicate stitch to make the sheep, which is explained in the video.
