How do you use stitch markers without openings to slide off the yarn? The jump ring is closed.

Your needle nose pliers with the light pink handles have snips built in. You don't need separate tool :) It's that slanted part close to the joint.

I don't understand why you put your jump ring on before closing the wire? It just gets in the way. Much easier to attach it after closing the wire.

Those are not needle nose pliers and you shouldn't squeeze the wire closed makes a sloppy closure
