I was at your store for the 1st time this morning. My Swift broke so I brought my project hanks in for help in winding into cakes. I was lent some needles to start a swatch after the 1st cake was ready. I appreciated being able to knit while I waited. I was referred by a friend in the NPL CRAFTING GROUP.

Hi Natalie! I just loved how the Color Tip tee looked on you and the pocket placement looked perfect to me! Also, I sometimes find myself using stray rubber bands as “stoppers” if I don’t have anything else. For dpns, I push the knitting to the centers and use a rubber band on each end (holding all needles as you would for a proper holder. Works great in a pinch.

Right after I watched this, KZbin queued up an old video you posted about organizing/downsizing yarny things before you left NY (and answering all kinds of “how will van life work” questions), so I watched that too. It was fun to watch in retrospect after following along on your journey so far. It would be really cool to have a video of you looking back on what past Natalie thought van life would be like and how things are similar/different as you’ve learned and adapted. Would love to see it!

A unique thing in Alaska - there are many places off the road system, so Ted Stevens Airport is our major form of shared transportation, into, out of and around our state. It is almost a rarely to catch a plane and not see someone you know.

You are too hard on yourself. I think you are doing a fantastic job managing everything and I appreciate your honesty! I reorganized my knitting and cross stitch area recently band it took a great deal of time. I have too many projects going for both crafts but I’m trying not to get overwhelmed about it. I love how you plan your months out and I’m going to attempt to put something like that in practice for myself. ❤❤❤

Fluffy cardigan pattern recommendation for when youre ready to knit it: Fluff Nugget by Becky Sørensen. It's one colour brioche knit at a large gauge so it works up very quickly. Another great video ❤ x
