In addition to the pop-up, Simon works with whisky brands and venues, helping curate whisky collections and crafting exciting collaborations. One standout project is his recent work with The George Hotel in Inveraray and Ardnamurchan Distillery. We had the chance to taste the results of this collaboration-and it was outstanding.
Simon is also gearing up for his highly anticipated Burns Night celebration at Saint Luke’s in Glasgow on January 22nd. As always, Simon puts a unique spin on Burns Night, diving into the connections between Robert Burns and whisky. Tickets are still available, so don’t miss this one!
