I was 13 when this video dropped and it’s how I got into at the time newer hardcore and I started going to shows the same year. I play in a band now at 21 and just played Midnight hour. This video means a lot to me and I’m so proud of these guys got to meet them a handful of times and they are the most humble dudes.

Moshing and hardcore dancing is fine, but kicking and punching bystanders (who are fucking miles away from the pit clearly to not get punched) on purpose while you have the whole fucking room for yourself is not the hardcore way, that is just being an utter twat. Hardcore is about respect, this is not showing respect to the people who don't feel the need to windmill and kick and just are here to enjoy the music, and they already go out of their way by giving the moshers the whole room. Fuck, even Bryan had to call those assholes back. There is no way you can defend this behaviour, unless you are one of those twats in this video.
