Saw a video the other day where a magnetic advertising sign, as used on automobiles for advertising, was being used on the table top of the scroll saw. On one end of the sign, a small hole was made for zero clearance. Then the sign was rotated and mad flush on the ends & a larger hole was made for the bigger size scroll saw blades. The Seyco scroll saw company sells a ST21-B21 SEYCO'S Magnetic Table Cover , 28.5" length for around $24.00. But I believe one can get a magnetic advertising sign cheaper that will fill the area for their top cheaper else where. And these will have a slick surface on one side so the pattern will move more freely while cutting. Just a thought one might want to look into..

If you are scrolling tiny letters or intricate shapes they will fall down into the hole where the blade is then onto the floor and may get lost. The hole you make in the card is so small nothing will get through it. I use flying dutchman blades. They are great blades and have been around forever so I've never felt the need to try any others. Thank you for following! I hope this info is useful to you. How long have you been scrolling and who are you on Instagram?
