DIY PVC Camera Mount DSLR Rig - QUICK FX

I wanted to post a quick (real time) build tutorial for making a 1/2 inch PVC camera mount adapter for your PVC projects.
This is a follow up to those of you having trouble finding the conduit box used in the "$15 PVC Shoulder Rig" project. Simply add a T-joint in place of the conduit box and then attach this mount on a PVC stem.
There's also some upcoming builds that this tutorial will be useful for. :D
**This adapter will attach to 1/2 inch PVC pipe only.**

@IAmTheFarmer The 'coupler piece has a lip inside in the center. The larger washer sits perfectly on that lip the other washer spaces the bolt, and the lock washer insures the bolt won't unscrew. With the 3 washers in place it allows the head of the bolt to stick out at the perfect height while still being tightened completely. I guess another method could be to glue the plug in and simply just screw a bolt in in place, but it could loosen over time.

Another suggestion is the Sim Quick Connect from Amazon. I think I got it for $10 to $12. It is a quick release that you can mount on any 1/4"-20 screw. Works great for my PVC shoulder rig and old tripod.

With a T joint I guess. You put a cross section in the middle of the rig with a T joint in and their your camera can sit in the centre of the rig.

You should definitely glue that plug inside the pvc coupling. Otherwise, I foresee a badly damaged camera in your future.
