I like knotless braids and yes less tension on your hair I used to also get micro braids now I get medium knotless

I prefer regular braids cuz I enjoy the tightness makes me feel like I’m freshly done and my hair has no choice but to grow

@kittycakie605 as long as they're not too tight because it can really cause a lot of breakage especially on your edges.
