I’ve been wanting to do them for a while, but I’ve been scared that if they end up looking bad, I won’t have enough time to take them out before school. i’ve personally never seen anybody start braiding from the front of their hair.. i struggle with parting my hair and it looks to me that it’s easier to start from the front regarding parting cause once you get to the back you can feel or make the parts already.. hmm, this helps thanks Jas💗

you did really well for your first time. Just some tips here. for a more natural and easier braid, add smaller pieces of hair, and more often, starting a bit sooner than you did. That way they stay in longer without loosening and there isn’t any bumps. But yea like I said you did good! More braid videos?

One of my best memories as a child was my mom braiding my hair. I am mixed race, but white... my mom is colored and my dad is white. And together they gave me a big mop of thick blonde curly hair. (It's 3a/3b) she always braided it because I was always bullied for not having straight hair. And after heat damaging my hair for years until yesterday I decided to come back to this. And go for the whole december without using heat.
