I grew up visiting Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. My dad’s parents lived out in Pasadena and later in Arcadia. Your videos make me nostalgic in a good way. I am sad that the parachute ride and the Wacky Soap Box Racers no longer exist. I remember riding the train and the stagecoach, touring the Haunted shack and panning for gold. And the log flume. I do miss those fun times of my childhood.

man i love this park!!! This park brought so much inspiration to Walt and his own park he would later open, such as the steam train! Even Frontierland was inspired by Ghost Town when Walter Knott invited Walt Disney to opening day! The mine train is also easily one of my favorite rides ever made. I so so so wish i could have made it out for the 100th anniversary, still hoping to go for at least Scary Farm. and the fact a season pass is less than a day ticket at Disney really cheers up my pockets lmao. Everyone lovces Disneyland, heck, I love Disneyland, but theres a different more humble feel about Knotts.

I cant believe all the rollercoasters... none were there except Montezumas Revenge back when I was visiting. They were smart to build them but they sure mess with the themed lands. I visited about 15 yrs ago and I did enjoy the Jaguar. Nice and easy coaster 😊 I went up in the skyjump ONCE. It would go up and down twice. Once I made it down the first drop I asked the guy to please let me off! It was so scary. There were no dinosaurs and no trolley but we did have a can-can show on the stage in the Calico Saloon throughout the day.

Hey guys I can't wait to get back to Knott's Berry Farm I want to try other food and explore! The one and only time I've ever been there I went on that parachute ride and almost had a heart attack! I was like squatted down holding my breath and shaking and my whole body was tight it was terrifying!it was in 1986. Kitra you're braver than me I wouldn't even go on that swing ride!

When I was a kid, the Boardwalk was the Roaring 20s and it was very early aviation focused. It was my favorite place in the park. The main roller coaster, the Corkscrew, was the best rollercoaster on the west coast at the time

You are so right about the Minecart Train Ride. That is one of the best rides. Growing up I thought they were real caves and a legitimate old mine that they just turned into a ride with animatronics. I love that one. I'm glad that ride has made it through all these years.

We used to have a version of the Sky Jump at SFOT. The Parachute Ride, as it was called, gave you an option to either sit in a chair or stand up in a cage, both freaked me out as a kid..

I’ve never ever seen kitra wearing a claw clip in her hair I’ve only seen kitra wear a ponytail in her hair but one day kitra will wear a claw clip in her hair in the vlogs for ordinary adventures and that’s true. On 1:59 now that’s definitely gotta be delicious 🤤 😋. On 4:19 he reminds me of stinky pete from toy story 2. To you kitra it’s creepy but to me it’s not as shown on 6:46 but the attraction is definitely huge if you look at it this way you could’ve sleep 😴 🛌 💤 there for ages and can’t even get out. Disneyland opened in 1955. It reminds me of nature’s wonderland but what if nature’s wonderland was still around or what if big thunder mountain was like this maybe that’s how Disney got their inspiration because of this attraction as shown on 7:21.
