The spirit in your soul is not your own spirit but the Spirit of Christ, and of God the Father. Soul is now quickened to living soul for eternity because of the Spirit. We become a spirit being. Our spiritual journey is begun. Our soul learns to submit and walk in one with the spirit and His word. Spirit in us can't sin because its God. Sometime our soul may fall into carnal thoughts and do wrong but its in the old realm. Spirit will remind us and prompt us to go back to our spirit realm and continue, in our new identity. Thats how we walk by the faith of Christ as His spirit is in us. We must internalise every knowledge of God in us. He is in us, we are a new man, new creation, its His life in us, his mind in this new creation. Keep remembering this, and we will not walk in the old man which can do sin although its no longer seen by God but we will reap what we sow in old man. Cheers!

I suffered panic attacks for many years. I’m now off of meds and free from that torment. What carried me was I started claiming 2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. I kept repeating it, especially during a panic attack. Fear is the enemy’s fav tool. Stay encouraged friend! You will overcome

I remember pastor when the holy spirit grabbed me for months the first time I was born of his spirit at 14 years old . He reviled his spirit to me at 7 years old.
