Insurance, banks have good salary structure way above central govt employees. Like my father retired last month as ADM ,his basic was 209000 and da was 35000.

Agar 2.5 v Hui fitment factor toh sirf ek level-6 employee 3 lakh basic means 4 lakh salary par retire hoga , 2.09 lakh bht jda nahi hai.

But in central pay commission ,100% DA is merged with basic and then 20 to 25% increase hoti hai basic pay which is not the case with bank or insurance revision where load on basic pay is less
