He feel like he could have expanded on some of the questions you asked Ike on education, he failed to mention lots of students from the region come to university in Uganda. Uganda has one of the best universities in Africa in Makerere University. On healthcare, while the public hospitals lack facilities , there plenty of private hospitals in Kampala. On gun ownership, not many Ugandans own guns or are interested in owning guns .
