If you say 30 % per month issa big . I invested recently after the outcome of 3 months i gained just 87 gh on 1500 gh investment capital which is about 4.8%. even this was after a high interest rate 6 months will give u 10% and 9 months will give you 15% while 12 months may give somewhere around 20%. However these values i suggested are based on what i gained when i invested 2x 🎉🎉. You van try the 30k and 200k values and revert 🎉

So the percentage is calculated yearly. Let say u invest 1000 at a percentage of 30 for 3 months u will not get 300 at maturity, rather u will get 300÷4

Inflation rate does not mean every item have increased by that percentage. Even inflation rate vary from region to region. Looking solely at the general inflation rate is misleading (check inflation rate by regions as published by the Ghana Statistical Service). Eg. I invest in t.bills which gives me interest rate of 29% p.a, however general inflation is 35%. If my investment is to pay school fees which has inflation of 15%, then the investment is a good investment. If I live in a region in Ghana with low rent inflation, then t.bills for paying rent is a good investment even if general inflation is high. Also, the value of every investment is not compared with the inflation rate at the time of investment but at maturity, which is highly unpredictable. You over simplify investment your presentation. Look at these dynamics also.
