where
M = mind
H= hands
E= eyes
E=Ears
L=legs
the values of all depands on the condition and environment where u are working or available.
if values of above is Zero then your safety% will be affacted.
so find your safety percentage through this Formula.
I will give example here......
if you are Standing in a Park
than M=1 because u R in safe Ppe free zone
H =1 both hands are free
E=1 eyes are in ok condition
E= 1 ears are ok
L=1 legs are safe
so S%= (1+1+1+1+1) ×100/5
S= 100%
but if u are driving
than M=1
H=.5 (both hands are not free)
E=1
E=1
L=.5 (both legs are not free and in working)
so
S%= (1+.5+1+1+.5) ×100/5
S%=4×100/5
S%=80%
so in driving u are 80%safe and have to more focus on road
