Thank you! In Ancient world the dominant motto of wisdom was the principle and practice of "care of yourself". The self isn't a body but soul that's why care of your self means care of your soul. We can say it was a true philosophical practice of self-inquiry. But Socrates changed this motto on "know of yourself" and over time this shifting became the scientific study of self. The philosophical "care of yourself" became a scientific "know of yourself". That's why in the modern world we have AI and at the same time a lot of ignorant people.
