So insane phrasing by Rai... how does anyone get so good really... And this groove is so sick. The bass lines are so inspired. And this tempo is absolutely ruthless. Huh! Disgusting that.

Love seeing a keyboard player continue the Holdsworth legacy. Musicians like this give me faith that most modern music won't continue to suck. Impressive AF.

Yeah I was thinking holdsworth too with the far out tonalities he can move seamlessly through. Also holdsworth already sounds like a synth lead lol.

Yeah man... I mean, everyone knows Corey Henry's 'Lingus' solo at this point, but nowhere near enough people give props to and check out Rai's insane solos, besides a killing improvisers he's a great singer/composer/pianist as well. In fact Knower still remains unjustly underrated, their music is awesome.

This guy wrote songs that I grew up with as a child. Now I find out that the guy who wrote and performed 20 Good Reasons and In The Summertime plays piano like the fucking Devil and is an insanely talented Jazz musician in general. This would be the equivalent (for us Aussies anyway) of Darren Hayes from Savage Garden being in a metal band.

Likely the Novation 61SL MKII (old model) which can be seen in the main video for Overtime. And then, as stated, of course routed to his VSTi of choice since the Novation is a MIDI controller.
