Excellent video.. Some of the questions that I am thinking.. 1: what are all the environments to be planned like dev uat and prod 2: is the application accessing some of the on prem services which cannot be moved like eg printers 3: any custom packages to be installed in these app servers 4: click stream analysis on the web server and suggest appropriate results to the client 5: analytics to be run on the data for biz decisions

Am not if its left out on purpose, for the existing applications sizing you mentioned to go with DC sizing requirement followed by load testing and then to reservations, however what if its a "new" applications in that case how to approach the sizing requirements - Could you please share your knowledge in that perspective ?
