Mohsinn .. u r commenting on a composer who has proved his mettle ,, he has showed he can be on par with rehman in touching our soul with music.. his first ever album .. Breathless.. ppl stil listen .. and its not easy to sing like Shankar Mahadevan. he is a master in classical singing.. even sonu nigam or shreya ghoshal cannot sing some songs sung by shankar..

Shankar is not a Businessman to talk group dynamics, he is a Musician his answers were from musician point of view and by process he went through. Talking about his talent one should first know what is music to judge him. Feel petty about the person who commented negative thought Shankar,

Sorry Shankar.Regarding your answer about the group dynamics, the focus should be on what a group should do rather than worrying about what they should not. Approach should be positive. But then again, in trying to impress the interview, he is saying things which he does not really understand.

The interviewer asked all the right questions and got all the wrong answers. Shankar seems more like an opportunist and attention seeker.

Shankar is desperately trying to impress the interviewer. LOL . Poor guy is definitely self absorbed. He totally missed the essence of most of the questions. Shankar failed to generalize his answers in order to be applicable to all the fields. He may be a master in music (which i doubt) but he is definitely intellectually void. Most of the answers are generic. It does not feel like an expert is talking on the subject. Probably it shows the sorry state of affairs of indian film music.
