The Dalai Lama line is a triple. Nobody ever notices the Salvador Dali reference. Dali was a surreal abstract artist whose works are usually familiar but hauntingly twisted. Melted clocks is his most known work, but he's saying "I could've made shit get real weird and abstract with the Llama (gun)".

@LegendaryCatalyst4 жыл бұрын
@@stanhenderson9928 I suppose that's possible as well. I think it was more likely to be Dali than Ali just based on the pronunciation and delivery, as well as the fact that Ali didn't go to war/shoot people, and wasn't known for being particularly violent outside the ring, so it makes less sense why he would say he's like him with a gun than my Dali explanation. This song touched me in more ways than I can count and I get goosebumps still to this day every time I hear it so this was awesome watching you react to it three years later or so after I first heard it and I’m still here! That is a skill that is much harder than many may understand.

I love your breakdowns! Its nice to see how you can dissect Em so well so this new generation can understand what this man is saying! much respect!! Keep em comin!

You missed the craziest one! When he talks about the power outage, he cuts the sound to the next word…cause it’s a power outage….but also a blackout….making this cut *sound* a double entendre. Not done yet! The cut sound makes a *sound* between when he says, “they….powerless”….which sounds like “they sound powerless”….. He’s making a homophone AND a double entendre out of literal *sounds*! HE’S NOT EVEN USING WORDS ANYMORE! PLUS, the cut sound sounds like “sound”….which means he turned a random damn noise into a TRIPLE HOMOPHONE!!!! Which is impossible, but he did it!

Naa it’s not “AK” flow it’s m16. Short controlled, accurate bursts. In stead of heavy full auto. Lol

Nah man. Eminem gets dirty and doesn’t get stuck. Like an m16. You can put that motherfucking AK under the mud. And still shoot that shit without getting stuck. (Just like Eminem, been put through the ringer but doesn’t give a fuck)

Bars are like bullets when I spit them schemes , that's why I call the motherfuckers M16s

Well if you ever shot AK-47 you will realize that you shoot in short bursts.. Otherwise you get to much recoil.

Just came across your channel Subscribed half way through the first bar breakdown. Thanks, really! for further tuning my hip hop ears! You're doing a service and it really has improved my enjoyment of music and opening my mind. Respect

19:11 He says "they tend to flock like shepherds" but he makes it sound like "they TEND the flock like shepherds" BECAUSE SHEPERDS LITERALLY TEND FLOCKS.

man, Em goes nuts on this one.. love this song.. good reaction bro. glad I have you to explain all of the small things I seem to miss. I usually catch most, but that fast part about 2pac, biggie and proof just ties this song up for me.. wow.

Im on a @Knox Hill binge and im absolutely loving how technically you break down every bar. You're SO talented in both your music and your teachings. Your videos are second to none! Even these videos that are years old are amazing ❤❤❤ - the ice cream truck music quietly playing in the background when you speak however is making me crazy and twitchy lol - cant handle whatever that background annoying music is. You are insanely talented and i want to focus on every word you say and not be side tracked. This has been your year Knox, I truly believe your incredible sound is about to take off like never before. This whole world will be playing your music I'm sure of it. Keep doing you 😊. Love and positive vibes to you and your family
