I don't know how many times NF moved growing up, but I take this line two different ways. "Well-rounded, held out for the right outlet . Nine houses couldn't make me feel home" Maybe it's about moving around alot as a child, but maybe it's also about his search for a 'publishing house', as every label wanted him to change his style and he finally felt "at home" with Capital, who lets him be himself.

Dude, Checkmate is such an amazing and moving song, and you picked the perfect section for your intro piece. Anyone dealing with an injury that causes chronic pain requiring opiate/opiod pain medication knows the struggle these past years. How many lives have to be lost to addiction, suicide, homelessness, and prison at home and overseas protecting poppy fields and cultivating the right global conflicts to control supply now that they generated demand before the evil masterminds behind it all are made to pay for what they've done? Re-listen and you'll see where you dropped it. That's the difference between listening and breaking down a track... Sometimes the analysis gets granular and you can lose the broader thread.
