The 2nd artist on the track is a Dutch guy. It was hard to spot, but at some point he says something with 'Ik voel me al Memphis Depay" which translates to "I feel like Menphis Depay". This gives more context for the Depay line and the style of rap the 2nd is something that is used a lot in the Netherlands by artists right now.
