hi, Stanley, Burke Mountain is really a good choice, however, I just worry about the temperature in there when the heatwave hit Canada, and how about the fogging weather during the winter season, will there be more humidity than other places like North Vancouver

Just sharing my experience....heatwave was the worst ever this past summer. My experience is that investing in a portable air conditioner will most definitely help, highly recommended to purchase one before summer. The lowest level in a multi storey house or townhouse will always be cooler. Homes near the forest, trees and trails tends to be cooler too. Also newer homes are constructed with better insulating walls, so doesn't get heated up as fast as older homes.
