Well, that was a wonderful little explore. The forest itself is quite pretty, and few animals on Earth are as interesting as these Koala fellas. I was in fact chided online once for calling one a "bear", though the name seems appropriate to me. The cutest living teddy bears. Love the stick placing tradition! A great trip for Charlie.

Thank you so much Frank! We loved finding them in the wild, it's amazing how many there are once you know what you're looking for - they can really camouflage well! Thanks you! Cait

Nice one..How's the chlamydia numbers among the koalas in that area..? Read that in some areas it's more than 80 percent...
@sailingwiththejamess4 ай бұрын
Not sure what the percentage is, that would be interesting! They are everywhere on The Forts hike once you know what you're looking for - very well camouflaged with the trees 🌳 -Cait 💜

5:05 ah what was home for a few years in the background, Palm Island. Nice video guys. Hope you are going well. We anchored in Horseshoe bay last year, beautiful day, lots of people about. Felt like we were millionaires. 😅

Palm is Beautiful sailing, we're making our way North and we were saying if we had the time we would love to spend a week around the anchorages of Palm and Orpheus- so gorgeous in there. How are you guys doing, all settled in Cairns? Cait
