If you loss a love one so suddenly, like accident or heart attack where there was no farewell, that loss is so emotionally painful, it cannot be measured. Yet Vanessa has to show a face of strength for her children sake tho her heart wants to shout out to Kobe and Gianna to come back to her. Those who still haven't experienced lossing that beloved one so suddenly might not fathom the degree of her grief. 😔😔😔😓

Considering where he lived, it would be pretty easy to guess where it would be held. Gianna's school is literally next door to where the funeral was held assuming media reports are correct. I think a paparazzi company like TMZ could have found this funeral site quite easily and "crashed" the funeral but doing that i think was too big a line for even them to cross.

Vanessa is right about not being able to process the loss of her daughter. Parents are not programmed to lose their children. It is the other way around. Parents die but not the kids. We know our reality is not made to be easy on us. Hard enough to have lost Kobe, but losing her child , as well, is going to be a difficult road. My heart breaks for her. It also breaks for all these people who were on board the chopper. One girl has lost her sister and both of her parents. How is she going to survive that ? a father of three little kids lost his wife and their mother.....so much sadness and loss. A lot of pain to process.

@rockingrobin13504 жыл бұрын
@@amcra1 Well, the status and lifestyle could be true. But 160 something million dollars could have afforded her to build a lifestyle and business investment/s for herself. She was already in the status circle, she could have met another icon. I watched a Nick Cannon interview recently, and he talked about what a smart businesswoman Mirah Carey is. He said she is so tops until it's kind of hard for him to settle with another woman because if she doesn't have the kind of smarts Mirah has, he moves on. Vanessa could have accomplished that by obtaining a college business degree, the max. Now, she has the money, but she's in trouble if she doesn't have the smarts. Her protector, Kobe, is gone. Even her closest family members will legally rob her, and can be, as close as her own mother.

@@tysilents9143 Maybe you want to find the words to repent and ask God for Salvation. We never know how close we are to death. Kobe didn't, as manifested by all his big plans for after retirement.

Glad they had a private funeral and giving the public a chance for closure too on Monday. God bless all those affected by this horrible tragedy 💔🙏

Yes. Mama did them proud. Kobe was always a celebrity in life. Having the funeral in "private" was the right way to go. 💯. R.I.P Father and daughter.🏀🏀🏀

Mick Fitz kind of ignorant of you to say that considering she lost a daughter. Besides, that few hundred mil is in investments and I doubt she’ll touch it.

Donna Freeman My oldest sister lost her two oldest sons to Sickle Cell Anemia. One was age two, when he died and her oldest son was 23 . My sister’s grandson was killed by a drunk driver at age 12 . She said that there was no pain on earth like the pain of losing a child. Her loss profoundly changed her.

Chaz Turner I was 18 in 1996 as well. I remember Kobe being the talk of the town about him being the next great one, maybe the next MJ and ever got tripping since he came straight from high school. Then right after that the NBA started saying that they wanted to get rid of that rule. I can imagine how you feel because I know how I feel. Not right.

I still can’t wrap my brain around the loss of all on board the helicopter. I think the only thing that gives me comfort is that GiGi was with her dad that she so evidently adored and emulated. I can’t imagine the grief of Vanessa or the other families that lost loved ones.
