Very cool video !The 2k4 was shown for pre orders to retail shops with the number 8 on the heal instead of the huarache H logo. Unfortunately the little scandal he was involved in back then made Nike dial back on their initial plans to market the 2k4 as the official Kobe shoe .

Does ANYONE know what those Nike’s he wore with the black rubber strap are called? He probably just wore them for a game. I had them in high school! I think they came in black and white and like an all black with red touch colour! They looked kinda like the Nike Air Max Chosen from 2002 but with a detachable black rubber strap. Very similar patter on the leather. The strap said “AIR MAX” or “MAX AIR” and was just a rubber strap across the midfoot area. He might’ve even wore them for a cover shoot.
