That's what makes it hard to compare people with autism to each other (at least in my opinion) because it shows itself in different forms. About that long text about psychopath stuff, there was a scientist/doctor who studied in the field of understanding it and he tried a bunch of students and whatnot and he also had himself as a base and he noticed one was a genuine psycopath with I think brainwaves or whatever he was testing and it was himself. And yes he didn't know and he had a family, he was a bit unusual in ways but no one had really came to understand that he had that. Not even himself and he was highly regarded in the area.

Some can be very familiar with certain topics that interest us, some can be sensitive to bright light and loud sound, and some may talk very little or not at all, just as a few examples of how we vary. We shouldn't be a touchy subject to talk about when some of us can and have helped in multiple fields throughout history.
