അടിപൊളി വീഡിയോ... കമെന്റിൽ പലരും പറയും ആ ബിരിയാണി ആണ് നല്ലത് ഈ ബിരിയാണി ആണ് നല്ലത് എന്നൊക്കെ. സത്യത്തിൽ ഒരാൾക്കും അങ്ങിനെ പറയാൻ കഴിയില്ല. കാരണം അയാൾക്ക് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട ബിരിയാണി വേറെ ഒരാൾക്ക് ഇഷ്ടം ആവണമെന്നില്ല. പലരുടെയും രുചിമുകുളങ്ങൾ വ്യത്യസ്തമായിരിക്കും അത് കൊണ്ട് നമ്മുക്ക് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട ബിരിയാണി ഏതെന്നു പറയാം.എന്ന് കരുതി അതാണ്‌ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല ബിരിയാണി എന്ന് മൊത്തത്തിൽ പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല. എന്റെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ ഞാൻ കഴിച്ച ബിരിയാണികളിൽ എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ടപെട്ടത് പറയാം. 1. ചങ്ങരംകുളം ഫേമസ് ഹോട്ടലിലെ ബീഫ് ബിരിയാണി കഴിച്ചിട്ടില്ലായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട ബീഫ് ബിരിയാണി റഹ്മത്തിലേയും, എറണാകുളം റോളെക്സിയോയിലെയും ആയിരുന്നേനെ. 2 തൃശ്ശൂർ മേപ്പിൾ ബേക്‌സിലെ ചിക്കൻ ബിരിയാണി കഴിച്ചിട്ടിലായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട ചിക്കൻ ബിരിയാണി കോഴിക്കോട് പാരഗണിലെയും, CH ലെ മാഞ്ഞാലി ബിരിയാണിയും ആയിരുന്നേനെ. 3. ജെഫ് മട്ടൺ ബിരിയാണി കഴിച്ചിട്ടില്ലായിരുനെങ്കിൽ എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട മട്ടൺ ബിരിയാണി തൃശ്ശൂർ കോപ്പർ സ്പൂണിലെയും, കോഴിക്കോട് ബോംബെ ഹോട്ടലിലെയും ആയിരുന്നേനെ
