Kochi is worth 2 days stay, there is Hill palace museum, Kerala folklore museum, u missed the sea boating in Marine drive where u can see dophins, vypin island is a great place where u have beautiful quiet and clean beaches, a watchtower with lift and also Boche restaurant.

@@roamingelsewhere2140 yup, there is public boat rides where u can reserve your seats(economical) or personal boat rides for around 3k/hr. They show u around the harbour, dolphin spotting places, it's a pleasant 1 hr ride, also maritime museum is nice place to go just don't visit there on Mondays as it is closed

12:11 You'll only be confused if you don't know your own history. The Portuguese came first and were later displaced by the Dutch. Same thing happened in Malaka in Malaysia, for example.

One correction: The Jewish synagogue was not built for the prayers of those european jews who came from Europe. The Jews of kerala are basically from Iraq/Baghdad and also some splinter groups which migrated from Middle east.
@googleaccount0654 ай бұрын
Yes there were two different jews one black jews ( the jews from Baghdad and Arabia ) and others are dutch jews.. But many synagogues are run by black jews. Now many synagogues are destroyed

These chinese nets ... they have turned so commercial. ....if you ask them anything...they make u pay which is ridiculous. 😊

Yeah they charge 100 200 Rs for telling you the whole story. I think it's fine since there is such less fish in that season. 😊

Didi, There were Jews settlement here in present Kerala state since BC and they were traders.....Don't make false statements that they came because of prosecution in Europe even though some might have come. Should do research and correct yourself.
@ajlouis603810 ай бұрын
There were no Jew settlements here in BC. At best they can be dated back to the 10th century. Most were middle eastern merchants and some locals were converted to judaism. But you are correct about the other part. They mainly came for trade, only a small minority came due to persecution.
@funmooves8 ай бұрын
@ajlouis6038 if you can check in KZbin/google, there are tombs found in wayanad. Don't reply if you don't know facts.
