There should always be a amicable solution for any issue for which Govt. Officials have to cooperate. They can't just be blunt and harass people. Its always the case that when new developments come, many people will lose many things like land, peace of mind, dust and pollution, but these things can neither be stopped, but at the same time, people cannot or should not be at the loss either. Its not just the duty of one person to do social service. Rules are afterall for the betterment of the people. That has to be flexible as per the requirement of people. Unfortunately only in Kerala state, everybody is adamant and against everything. If business people are not accommodated, Kerala will become more doomed as its already a doomed state. Education has not improved the mindset of people of Kerala.
