That follow up shot when he was already down was brutal

Yeah this is not hockey

@@erikjohansson6579 It was hockey then, and it was awesome. That said, you don't like seeing someone hurt like this.

Also, this Jets play by play guy is amazing and his call cracks me up right before the fight. "He does THE BACKHAND! Knocked down by Savitch (or whoever) DUNCAN THE REBOUND!" Not making fun of him at all, he just has a unique delivery...or maybe it's just me.

Kyte was game but did Kocur ever really lose a fight? He dealt out more like these than got…
@stevemineer2857Ай бұрын
Not many. He lost to Coxe and even Coxe said he got lucky. He was jumped a few times but he was one of the greats.

He lost to Probert twice and lost several as a Ranger... don't know what you guys were watching.🙄👀🙄

Herb Raglan KO'd him in 89 and Bob McGill TKO'd him in the 93 preseason. Kocur is a legend but had a penchant for real head scratching losses sometimes. A few other random guys gave him trouble too, such as Brian Curran and Todd Gill. Not that those guys weren't tough or anything--they could beat me up with one hand tied behind their backs--but you wouldn't hear those names and think "man, those guys could really give Kocur trouble." Kocur also matched up poorly with Marty McSorley but gave Donald Brashear trouble.
