I bought a 2yr old Kanno goshiki from you which had clean beni.. However it developed a black spot on the shoulder last season .. What makes the sumi black spot come out later?

I don’t know this for sure, but from what I’ve been told it has to do with the hardness of your water or total resolved solids.
