I'm so over Kody and Robyn. She literally is the favorite. I feel bad for the other wives especially Meri. I really wish he treated them all the same. There were times during this show that I could see why they chose this life. But during this move I can say this show is an advertisment on why you shouldn't.

I actually think they should share one house. They are hypocrites. Meri even said once that she wouldn’t “raise their children” meaning the biological children of the other three wives. I have been watching this show since the very first episode. You can tell 100% that Robyn is very manipulative and if she doesn’t get what she wants she resorts to crying and even her sister wives just look at her like “there she goes again 🙄”. Problem is, her children are becoming the same, mostly Aurora, it was so incredibly fake when she pretended a panic attack and if you review the episode even Robyn wasn’t buying it at first and until Kody carried her, Robyn needed to pretend she cared too. This makes me sad for the rest of the wives because they seem like good people devoted to their kids and their well being. Christine purchased a descent and humble home to avoid the drama and give her kids stability, Janelle is renting a regular, non-fancy home and seems super solid and stable...and Meri is renting something huge because she feels a big void feeling so left out in so many levels... who can blame her!! but if I remember correctly, she too has to move as the house is been sold no? anyways, Robyn has them all eating from her hand... the bottom line is, she wants Kody for herself, she wants luxury, she want control and she wants to pretend to be nice to get what she wants. sharon brown Dayton has Aspergers Syndrome (Robyn talks about it at the beginning of the show) and that’s part of the reason he has trouble coming out of his shell. It tends to make it hard for those with it to connect and understand others (along with other things, but that is one of the most obvious signs.) To give it some context- it used to be listed on the autism spectrum (though recently has been take off of the spectrum) because of the similarity between some people on the spectrum and Aspergers and their difficulty to understand social cues and what not (not to say everyone in the spectrum deals with this, but it tends to be one of the more common things you see.)

In Canada, Aspergers is no longer called such. You are just told the child is on the Spectrum. You are given the diagnosis of ASD. If differentiation or severity is required, you are described as high functioning Autism. The reason the diagnosis of "Aspergers" was done away with was because parents of "lower functioning" children were trying to have supports for "higher functioning" children stripped - on the basis they felt that there wasn't enough funding to go around. Therefore by just diagnosing the person as being "on the Spectrum" or "ASD" you are not differentiating between "lower" and "higher" functioning - thereby making funding available to anyone who has ASD. Many parents of Autistic children don't understand the struggles the "other" Autistic kids go through so believe it or not, you did have parents saying things like "well they're only bullied" or "your child is just weird" so "you don't really need help". They have no idea how much they suffer, no idea of the suicide rates, self-harming, anxiety etc that they have to deal with. Anyway... I cannot say this is the same in the USA but I do know that in the UK and as far as I know, most if not all other countries around the world, a formerly diagnosed Aspergers person is now considered "on the Spectrum". My children were diagnosed as Asperger's years ago - and are fully accepted as having "ASD".

Love your videos. It did not take much persuasion on Kody's part to convince Robyn to move into a $900,000 dollar home. I have seen pictures of her mansion on line. Her mansion looks like a palace fit for a Queen. All that bickering back and forth, the tears and drama is just for ratings. I hate to say this but even her older daughter was a little extra with that paralyzing panic attack. Seemed a bit manipulative to me. Not that she does not suffer from panic attacks but that seemed manipulative. And her brother and sister seemed to know that. Anything to keep their viewers engaged. Robin and he never were and never are going to spit up. I don't think they moved just for Robyn's son. That may have been part of it. I think Kody needed more fodder for this season's show and decided to do a big move similar to their move to Vegas. What else would they have to give the viewers to watch if not a big move? And all the drama that goes with a major relocation.

But as I'm typing this its dawned on me how I can totally understand why she would not want Robin to move in with her. You're the first person I"ve heard say anything about Robins son getting accepted into a College in Flagstaff, and that is the reason they sold their homes in Vegas and moved to Flagstaff. I've been thinking this all along. Robin is/or has been "Cody's favorite wife", she plays the victim and controls the family ( Cody ) often. In my opinion, The Browns moving to Flagstaff was a really dumb decision.

As though she's entitled to a 4 bedroom house simply for existing. Or that she saw it as a punishment for only having one child. It came across as very spoiled to me at the time. That is a very very swanky house. It’s got Kody and Robin written all over it. Flagstaff is not cheap nor has it ever been for over 30 years. She will take Kody to the cleaners if he messes with her. That’s my opinion and I bet she would even meet with the network without his knowledge and discuss having her own show and maybe convincing the others to try and do a show where Kody is not needed. In fact I have done pitching ideas for shows and videos film, and I would definitely already have said look just so a show focused on the wives and cut Kody out. Let him be in the “reality” best friend role, like when a housewife gets demoted on real housewives they get their pay cut and their role diminished as “friend of housewives” Now I feel like Janelle, Meri and Robin and Christine would all be happy about that, but you would have to say this is what we are doing, it’s either this way where Kody is not focused on or no show. It would change the power dynamic.

I would say they should live in one home but those cohabitation laws and polygamy laws would concern me more than taking the chance of living all together. I've always been annoyed with Meri getting big homes for no reason. Honestly, it might not be bad for Kody to have his own house so they could congregate there for family get togethers, children hanging out and so forth. What they portrayed in the episodes about moving is that it was Kody. I saw it and he was adamant that they were all going to move to Arizona. He took Mary first to see the property, not Janell. Kody forced them all to move. I never saw one of them that said they wanted to move to Arizona. I think Janell said she could live in either place.

How much do you want too bet, because of the show's we are seeing know are all from last year and TLC has set this all up hoping it would draw more viewers, what better way to do this is to get Kody and Robyn at each other's throats. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but as we've learned TLC will do anything to get people watching these so called Reality Show's. Also I heard Meri say that as much as she would like to have her say, she said she won't because she's hoping she and Kody will reunite and if she didn't get into his good books that would be the end of them ever getting back together. I do believe Meri is staying because she desperately wants to get back together with him because she does love him. The episodes we are watching now are from 2019 and it looks like Kody and Robyn are spending the majority of their time with each other. .Meri has left the clan, Robyn’s leaving the clan. I think Janell will stay, but I think Christine will ultimately be the only active wife. It is clear that Kody is a womanizer who uses polygamy to his advantage. Since we only came in with Kody meeting Robyn, we can’t see how he chose his other wives, but it was easy to see that Robyn was not selected as a necessary wife, but out of lust! Furthermore, it was very obvious that he preferred Robyn over all of his wives and that’s when we saw this type of marriage go downhill. Robyn exhibited signs of getting her way early on and Meri and Christine took it especially hard. I could see the marriages breaking down. Meri was the one who seemed to suffer the most and personally, Meri is the most honest and gentle of all the wives. When she dissolved the marriage so that Robyn and Kody could marry, my heart hurt for her. First, if Robyn wanted Kody to adopt her children and give them his last name, Kody could’ve done that without divorcing Meri. If the father of Robyn’s children had no problem with giving up the children for adoption, then Kody and Robyn didn’t need to be married. I know this, because my future husband adopted my daughter before we married. Point is, you don’t have to marry someone to adopt a child, so I feel that was extremely selfish of Robyn and Kody which only solidifies my beliefs that Kody favored Robyn over all of his wives and that Robyn only cared about her selfish WANTS , even at the expense of breaking Meri’s heart. I’m telling you, I cried for Meri. What a selfless thing to do and how lonely and broken she must have felt. We also know that Meri was caught up in the catfishing scam and that’s when I first realized that Meri must have been so lonely and out of the “wife loop,” and then they all attacked her and Kody felt “cheated on.” Well, ta da, Kody. How does it feel to be the low man on the totem pole?? You deserved a whole lot worse. Anyway, it was so apparent from the beginning that the other wives suffered alienation of affection when Kody brought Robyn into the fold. Janelle seems to be the toughest of the 4 wives and I don’t mean to imply that the other women aren’t smart, but Janelle seems to be the most informed, even business like and therefore the most independent. Christine seems to be the one wife that is at odds with all of the wives. I just couldn’t be in a polygamist marriage, because for me, I believe in not just loving someone, but being in love with that someone and vice versa and no one can convince me that there are equal amounts of love as it relates to Kody and each wife. I definitely, definitely, definitely know that Kody WAS most in love with Robyn early on ( now, I’m not sure where his loyalties lie). As far as the wives, I believe Christine struggles most with Kody having other wives. I don’t think she minded as much when Kody made her his 3rd wife, because she was the new wife, she was getting all of the attention. Now, she was being replaced by a new wife and she recognized the attention that Robyn was receiving from Kody , because she received that same attention. Of all the wives, I believe that Christine is the jealous one. Meri and Janelle certainly would have always dealt with issues of sharing Kody, but I think that after Christine came along, the hurt of sharing your husband with another woman just didn’t have the same effect and as long as Christine felt she was the new wife, she did ok, but Christine could never really accept Robyn. I believe that of all the wives, Christine is the one who is genuinely “in love” with Kody. We now see all of this turmoil in the family and I truly believe that when Kody brought Robyn into the fold, the dynamics began to change... for the worse. Then, there’s the show and the money that came with it. The money empowered the women and it give them a voice they didn’t have before. The biggest mistake they made, in my opinion, was not living under the same roof as a family. The money allowed them to have their own homes and , in my opinion again, they overreached what they actually could afford. I do not think they took enough time to think about the future outcome of their decisions. Furthermore, if you have 4 wives, with 4 houses, living independently of each other, then you are no longer living the polygamist lifestyle. You’re basically living the lifestyle that lots of women live with an unfaithful husband. These people can try to justify their choice to live this way, but I see it as BS. They proved they did not want to live together. Polygamist families live under the same roof. To live separately defeats the purpose. I understand that they have many children, but it does not justify buying a home for each wife! You buy a home... a BIG home that houses all of your wives and children. When these people bought separate homes, they no longer should be defined as a polygamist family. They have portrayed themselves as a polygamist family, but I don’t think other polygamist families would see it that way. To me, this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. First, Robyn was added and Christine was very jealous of Robyn. Then, they bought separate homes, but at the top of all things, there’s Kody’s narcissistic personality that truly has the most detrimental affects on the family. These are my thoughts on Kody. He’s a narcissist. He’s a loud mouth. He’s a womanizer. He’s a manipulator. He’s not truly a provider for his wives and children. They had very little when the show first aired. Early in the show we saw the family taking nice vacations, i.e., one to Hawaii. Anyway, I think the show brought money they were not accustomed to. Kody sees himself as the head of the family and that the women should submit to his will. I don’t care what anyone says, Kody expects submissive wives. Kody is lazy. Without these women and this show, I don’t know how they would make it and Kody doesn’t like to give any of his power to anyone and Robyn has once again gotten her way and uprooted all of the family for her son. I understand being protective of your child, but Robyn’s behavior is always coming up very selfish, but Kody bows to Robyn. Lastly, I think Kody has lost control and is in fear of losing everything! I don’t like Kody. I think he’s a user and I look for him to find another wife. This show is playing out and there’s nothing to sustain it. The show needs new life... a new wife. They are growing old, the children are moving out. All of them are looking worn and rough. We are basically watching a polygamist family living separate lives in separate houses with separate beliefs and needs and they are floundering relationship wise and financially. They live large. There is no way that these people need the high end homes and lifestyles. Even if they lived as Kody wanted in one large home, did you all see the mansion he has designed in mind, the furniture, etc.! Seriously? These people need to scale back, because this show could cancel at anytime and I think that’s where it’s headed. This polygamist show is no longer about a polygamist family, it’s about a man with 4 wives arguing over purchasing homes! I’m not interested in the financial problems of any family. I have my own and actually, my family life would make a far more interesting show. These people need to get real in their private lives. They need money and this is what this show has become for them. It’s their money tree

I don’t understand why Meri needs a giant house. She has ONE child that is already on her own. Meri could easily live in a condo or apartment. And how many kids do each of the other “wives” have left at home? Couldn’t they easily live in a condo or apartment while they build their home/homes on the new property? Those huge fancy homes look so beyond expensive and I just don’t get it! And why did the one Cody had designed have to be so friggin fancy. Looked so incredibly expensive to build. I knew it because you could see the expressions on Robyns face when Kody spoke. She eased her way into the family. Thing is his legal wife Meri was compassionate to get a divorce and Robyn and Kody marry so he can adopt her children from another marriage. Yes she told Kody to stop scarring her children but all was going her way when he was adopting them. She does have a teenager that gets over exuberant in an emotional family situation. Robyn has Kody hooked line and sinker with having a child by Cody. You notice Robyn was all chumminess while she was planning to become Kody legal wife. Now that she is the closeness of Robyn and Meri has chilled down a bit.

I watched the show on Netflix about another polygamist family. They were nothing like Kody and his wives. I don't believe in plural wives but I have to say these people were so nice and kind to each other. One of the husbands I would've married him. His brother died and he promised his brother he would take care of his family. He talked to his brothers wives but they ended up staying in their home. He already had 3 wives and children. The wives admitted they got jealous and he would talk thru it with them. He was so loving and kind. You couldn't help but love him. Nothing like Kody!!!!!

Why did they not just buy double-wide modular homes? Even Dale Earnhardt jr bout a modular home. He custom built a basement with a two story modular home. I don’t understand how these woman got so high and mighty. They obviously are just not smart at all. They could already have their sewage, water, and electricity hooked up on their plot.
