I think I read somewhere that Kody and Robyn had a nanny that did not live with them and so she could come and go but the other kids couldn’t and that seems so selfish. it seems like the nanny was free to do whatever but the other family members had special quarantine rules

3:09... see I hate to say it but Janelle was kind of subtly "putting down" Kody's Covid rules in front of his kids without telling them the whole story. Kody didn't "refuse" to see them, he made the strict rules so he COULD see them responsibly. Remember how crazy strict Covid times were, and Kody was circulating homes with like 20 people on the regular. He wanted to see them ALL and safely, that's why he was so strict.

The covid protocols were crap. I'm with Gabe. Covid Is very much real jusy no where near as serious as the government made it sound. Kody used it as an excuse to not see his family. I wouldn't expect my kids to stay locked up in a house for months on end hoping their dad might stop by. Ridiculous.

If Kody was so concerned about catching Covid, why were Robyn and him out shopping at crowded shopping malls maskless, going out to restaurants, eating maskless, and he went to a friend's wedding, once again, no mask in sight and not social distancing, peacocking around the dance floor, touching everyone. But he couldn't go to Ysabel's surgery, or social distance outside with the rest of his family. Also when Tony and Mykelti came to visit K& R, nobody had masks on, they were hugging them and sitting right by each other, Robyn was holding their baby. They were never worried about Covid, that was just an excuse to use, to isolate from the rest of the family. The only time Kody brought up rules, was when it had to do with Christine and Janelle and their children. The rest of the time and with everyone else, the rules went out the window.
