Mai has only been in doa but even if she wasn't shes clearly snk's poster girl. The reason I bring up cap vs snk is because those game are literally about the best of both companies. When capcom made cap vs snk 1&2 kyo was the head of snk and when snk made chaos kyo was the head of snk. Both those games kyo and ryu were the rivals. In snk promotion snk products kyo and mai are the faces.

Kyo has always been an arrogant and egoistic person with zero interest in his culture and heritage. Kyo's moves seem to remind of both his KoF 97 "rework" self(The one that stuck for the rest of the series) and old KoF 94-95 Shoto Kyo(Especially with his Super bringing back his ground projectile)... Some fans speculated that Joe's reveal last week was just to pay a subtle homage to his rivalry with Dan back in Capcom vs SNK Pro, an updated version of CVS 1 that added Dan and Joe back then (with a visual of Dan and Joe fighting even.)

Well Terry was just a side character in KOF universe. If they really gonna "shattered the expectations", it will be awesome if this time the team will be Kyo, Iori and K'. The three OG main character in KOF.

@@shauneywilson5710 Yes, but this is KOF story. Mascot mean nothing if he/she wasn't a main character in that story. Look at Mortal Kombat, Scorpion is the mascot but Liu Kang is the main character. Ryu just happen to be both mascot and main character for Street Fighter. Perhaps if SNK released a new sequel to Garou or Fatal Fury, then we can see Terry shine again as main character.

This was incredible; best Kyo in years. For those who LOVE to complain about graphics, compare this with KOF14's Kyo....the difference is NIGHT AND DAY. His 90's coolness and essence are back and he no longer looks like a kpop idol. Is Kyo teaming up with Joe and...TERRY???
