"Never Disappoints"- That tag line really suit him. Also one more thing you observe is that he seem to have taken so much effort in choosing title for each film because he seem to have many backup options as names for each movie but chose the best one finally.

DD is good when mingling with more open/playful/humorous guests. But when it comes to guests like Shankar who are quiet/highly introverted/highly respected, DD's way of interacting with them becomes so childish that its unbearable. Even though DD tries to tame herself down at quite a few places, she is evidently struggling. Someone like Gopinath would have handled an interview like this way better!

Agree with you 100 percent Venkat S Venky. DD is just sooo irritating but since Tamils seems to like their women a bit "loosu", that explains her popularity among Tamils. Personally I think one of the best host for a talk show with celebs now is Sangeetha in Natchatra Jannal. She is mature and her questions makes sense. You are right: Gopinath would have handled this interview much better.

Shankar Sir, you are a very big director and your movies have enormous viewerships. When you have such a huge responsibility on your shoulder, dialogues degrading transgender individuals like "Nine" thara or "Oororum puliya maram" etc. could have been avoided. Those individuals have already been suffering a lot of hardship. They watch your movies too and don't you think your comedy track can actually hurt someone? Just my opinion.

Hey Deepak I see your reasoning and its not bad but what I am saying is that in cinema they are making fun of so many people indirectly and really people don't make a huge fuss about it but when it becomes direct jokes it becomes more evident so looking at where Tamil Cinema is today it doesn't seem that bad because I am a Srilankan and I know of many on screen jokes but I really don't make a fuss about it because it is not severe and it's for pure entertainment.
