I’ve got 100 miles on my V11 and I’ve enjoyed running in them through the winter which is where I think they are best suited due to the thick runner outsole and warm upper. I’ve put them into storage for the summer in favour of the super saucony ride 15 but they’ll be back out again next winter and with only 100 miles on them don’t see any need to change them for the v12. Excellent interesting video with some amazing shots on the waterfront thank you. Ian 🇬🇧

Hi Ko, I saw that you listed the 880v12 as one of the best daily trainers for 2022. Have you tried the 880v13 yet ? If yes, do you think it's better than the 880v12 ? The 880v13 is on sale for only ~45USD in my country so it is very tempting.

The 'hot feet' issue is really odd to me. I run in a hot climate and I have never once noticed a sensation of heat in my feet. I was going to suggest Merino wool socks but I also didn't get hot feet when I was using cotton socks. I've run in Nike, Asics and NB. Bizarre, maybe it is run-length? I usually run for an hour. Does it get worse at 1.5-2 hours?
@kofuzi Жыл бұрын
it's not literal temperature heat. typically, it's due to friction.

Mike, I know this shoe has slightly more fresh foam than previous models, more "softness inside the shoe." However, does the shoe feel squishy, or still firm? (especially on hardwood or pavement) Meaning, is the outsole still firm? I need a versatile shoe for various activities, that still has some firmness. I don't want to feel like I am walking or standing on marshmallows.

I finally got to run in these and I'd say that they run slightly larger than true to size (which is good for me). They get the job done. Nothing special. I see what you mean by puffy. There's a lot of material in the collar. The only negative for me was that the front part of the toebox is short and there's some hard material there. So it makes it hard for me to wiggle my toes up and down. The other shoes I have usually have a more flexible material at the front of the shoe which stretches or it has a higher toe box.
