I can only assume omeone on the testers team must have a cracked team of Billy, Darli, and Chris b/c it feels like they are never gonna change them in a way that matters. Thanks for the breakdown, always appreciated.

I missed the super change on O.Chris, wasn't thinking about it at first but what that really means is you _don't_ have to hold it for any of his corner routes anymore, previously depending on which special you were juggling from there were different manual timings where he had to charge the super or else it would go offscreen and whiff. Nice little QoL change to not have to worry about that, I guess now he can also use it as a funny setplay thing but combo consistency is what that buff is for.

The scaling on Robert's EX isn't his problem I think, the issue is that all three specials he can use to follow it midscreen have the same base damage despite their different intended uses. Genei-Kyaku should be reworked to address this, it needs to actually hit harder than dp or tatsu (just 20 more damage would be enough, still worse than Ryo's) and in exchange simply get rid of the stupid high launch, have it mostly end his turn afterward like they did to Kyo's heavy rekka. That way the supercancel window/properties wouldn't have needed all this weird extra crap just to function properly (his anchor 3/4 bar quick max would be stronger, which is fine given his other weak areas) while heavy tatsu is still there as an alternative if the player wants to give up damage for better pressure. This is just one item I had written down on a whole ass wishlist I made for Rob and a few other characters, but above all else that's what I think he needs most.
