This looks like a great low key place to relax and have some beers. Looking at a map you are soooooooo close to Koh Chang, Koh Mak and Koh Kood, but no easy way of getting there.

I would travel straight to Koh Rong ☺️ safe for a baby there! Sihanoukville also felt safe but there just wasn’t much to do

This is like a more primitive version of Koh Pangan in Thailand. The beach looks good but the accommodations suck. I like my privacy and amenities and wi-fi and access to medicine, if I need it. But, if I am a 20-year-old backpacker that doesn't mind sharing a room with 7 people and having sex on the beach, it's all good.

As a Khmer person, I love Koh Rong but there are too many white people 😅. Nothing against white folks. You guys help the Cambodian economy, however, when I go to Koh Rong, Cambodia does not feel like home to me.
