Excellent video, and good commentary! But, you started at the pier, which is in the north end, and you walked south. Anyway, the one-take walk really puts everything that I've seen in other Ko Samet videos into perspective.

The room was about $100CAD a night. It's a short ferry ride and 1 hour car ride away.

Nice videos of Koh Samet. But please pronounce it correctly. It’s Koh Samet with a t or you can also pronounce it with a d as in Samed. It’s not Koh Samé 😊

It's not an ocean! Why do all North Americans think any body of water is an ocean? It's the gulf of Thailand which is at best a sea.

@@JohnnyStrides Don't feel picked on, it's my OCD and I've mentioned it to many bloggers, just so happens it's North Americans 90% of the time. By the way my other pet peeve is Sinks in kitchens and basins in bathrooms. I know it's my problem 😅
