Bookings must be paid upfront - transfer using Wise.
You can fly to Trat from Bangkok or get the bus/coach. We used the company Boonsari and the ticket included the coach from Bangkok and a ferry to Koh Chang.
If you are coming straight to Koh Wai from Bangkok/Trat there is a speed boat from Laem Ngop Pier and the owner can arrange that for you.

We came via Koh Chang on a snorkeling trip with Mr Khai's 3 island tour which included Koh Wai as it was low season and the island hopping ferries hadn't started running yet.

Hey. Its definitely worth a visit.Something I forgot to mention in the vid is that it isn't on the usual main tourist routes so feels more exclusive and a lot less crowds than Phuket/Koh Samui sides. Have a great time when you go!

Hey. I visited the first week of October so still technically rainy season. There was some storms and rainy spells but wasn’t constant all day. I would visit again in October without a doubt. Was much quieter too which is nice felt more exclusive
