Please sir, I tried creating some patrons card but the only problem I'm facing right now is that, the name of the patrons does not come fully as I want it( I mean their first name and surname) it is only their first name that seem to appear on the card after exporting the batch even though I did it just as you taught it in the video(Name:) and again I want to change how the category appears from ST to student but I don't know where to go

Sorry for a very late response. It print barcode or spine label. If you are talking about patron registration number then yes, , a video is available on patron card creation.

Zebra printer prints one card at a time so this template doesn't help. You need to create another template and layout and add the printer profile as well. Please check Koha manual.
