@@Bojangb If society stops over glorifying government jobs by giving them endless felicitation in the papers as if they have discovered a cure for cancer, encourage local products, give platform for art, writing and designing where youngsters can actually earn their livelihood, collaborate with a giant conglomerate and outsource their foothold in every district and implement minimum wage for all different type of workforce.

@@Bojangb btw, I too work in the govt sector and the majority of the older generation are smug, lazy, don't appreciate feedback, fat pay check, come to the office once a week for two hours, no accountability in their work. I feel helpless working under them, they feel like they're at the top of the world but in reality most of them are talentless hack with zero skills.
