This video was a tremendous help! Thanks so much; the directions in the box do not mention some key pieces and your video filled in where the manual was useless. Thanks!

Thanks buddy. This was helpful because I didn't know where the black ring went because it doesn't show you anywhere. It wasn't completely obvious that you need the handle down for the motion sensor to work. Anyway, keep up the good work.

How the H3LL do you then control with water pressure or temperature! Its neither in the manual or in any video - if I turn it on by touch, how do I then tell it 1. How to be less or more water 2. How to be warmer or cooler water! Thanks!

Nicely done video, kudos. This was a Costco buy (model R32323-SD-VS searchable on Costco or Kohler)

What if power is drained? Can we still use it?

I was browsing these and bathroom faucets on Wayfair.com. American Faucet seems to have the largest selection of kitchen/bathroom handsfree faucets by far. American Faucet also provides an optional wireless adjustment module which allows adjustment of water run time, hand distance to faucet activation, auto water purge etc. I'm not sure if Kohler has that adjustment module but it would come in handy. Overall, nice video and keep up the good work.

Great video, though the reason I watched is to find out what to do with the check valves. The parts that you said were adapters are really check valves. Good video really helpful. Thank you.

Good catch. Thanks James

Same here, I take it that everything works fine without the check valves?

How is your dishwasher drain hose connected? I have never seen it that way. Thanks for the video

Can this faucet rotate from one side to another side? Because I have two sinks, sometimes I would like to wash stuff on one side of the sink and someone else can wash something else on the other side of the sink.

I noticed the manual didn’t even show the black rubber gasket. I thought it might go underneath between washer and countertop.

you might want to check my comment.... it seems like Kohler's video puts the gasket where you thought it should go...

This is called "Kohler Transitional Touchless Pull Down Kitchen Faucet." I found it on Kohler's website based on the model number.

@@URTechDotCa I just came to post it too. The model number is R32323-SD-VS, it is a CostCo exp[exclusive according to Kohler though I find them on Amazon too. Here is the link for Kohler: www.us.kohler.com/us/touchless-pull-down-kitchen-faucet-w-soap-lotion-dispenser/productDetail/product:1683285/1683285.htm

wow..thanks a lot for an awesome video. I bought this faucet at Costco a month ago but did not have time to install yet...I will this week. Do you suggest to buy an AC adapter? or the battery pack will last for a while? thanks
@postingstuff92093 жыл бұрын
you might want to check my comment. I think there's some differences between his installation and Kohler's video....

The battery pack is working great for us. It seems to last about a year, so... we're happy.

You might want to check your gaskets. Kohler says the gasket is supposed to under the granite (with the washer), not on top (with the faucet). Check out their video at the 2 minute mark: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYDVh4t_bbWAiLM. Also, the "adapters" in your video are the check valves that Kohler says should be installed (see 2 minuter, 24 second mark)

Put the rubber washer on first on the bottom side, between the granite/quartz countertop and the metal washer. It does nothing on the top side except fall into a recessed area. Good video other than that.

Thank you for that helpful comment. I almost took apart the entire faucet to put that rubber washer in but you saved me from doing that as it doesn't seem absolutely needed. To URTechDotCa: very nicely done video!
