Well done on the spawning buddy , great bit of kit that vacume, saves all the hours with a net 👌👍👍👍

You can use the air inlet on an air pump to create a vacuum in tub or the air inlet on a compressor but make sure the tub is in the very top of tub as you don.t want to suck water into air pump or a compressor they don't like it!!! I also used a venturi on tap to create a vacuum but now a days cost of water! It is so much quicker to sort fry. Black pipe is RO pipe so a bit bigger than air line.

1 question Sir.... Are you take all eggs and move them to other pond?

No I use the spawning pool as a nursery or fry pond, but I do give it a large water change after a couple of hours with tap water to clear all sperm and muck out.

I want to ask you, how to increase the red color of fish

UV is very important as I am finding out as winter in UK so short days and weak sun. A good colour food with spirulina or it they are fry buy spirulina powder and sprinkle on the water.

Why are you separating them? Is there a particular reason?

The darker fry are showa they have more pigement cells the lighter ones will be kohaku or plain white or plain orange, when I say plain I mean a single coloured koi.

No I pass on all my culls the (ones I don't want) to a friend who has a couple of fishing lakes and they go there.
